Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a product is purchased and delivered digitally, it cannot typically be returned or refunded. This is because digital products can be easily duplicated and accessed immediately.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review refund requests in certain situations. Refunds may be considered if:

  • A product was not delivered properly due to technical issues or system errors.
  • There was a technical issue preventing access to the purchased product, such as download failures or account-related problems.
  • The purchase was made in error, including duplicate transactions.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your purchase details, including:

  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Email used for the purchase
  • Description of the issue

Note: Refunds are not provided for products that have been accessed, downloaded, or used, except in the situations described above. This policy ensures fairness for all customers while maintaining the integrity of our digital products.
